Experienced PT Command Center Operators $23

Position: GSOC Operator

Client Industry: Financial Corporation

Schedule (2): Saturday and Sunday 6:30 am-6:30 pm

Schedule (2): Saturday and Sunday 6:30 pm - 6:30 am

Client Contract Rate: $23 [ base rate]

 

Essential Functions: 

 

Operators are responsible for initiating a response to incidents and documenting their actions accordingly.  Such incidents may include duress calls, power outages, medical emergencies, fire alarms, traveler assistance, employee terminations, inclement weather, terrorist activity, etc. These incidents will require the operator to interact with various high-level managers, security personnel, facility engineers and potentially law enforcement personnel.  Management reserves the right to assign additional project work and tasks to supplement core functions. 

 

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of command center experience
• previous security experience 
• proficient in computers
• effective communication skills
• able to multi task
• have reliable transportation
