Summary
Peoplefun is seeking a Senior Producer to own production processes within its flagship game, Wordscapes. This Senior Producer will be responsible for owning the overall schedule and execution plan for a pod in addition to coordinating scrum ceremonies and updating/maintaining Jira. Summary
Peoplefun is seeking a Senior Producer to own production processes within its flagship game, Wordscapes. Responsibilities
- Own the schedule, execution plan and production processes for game development through all phases (from concept to live ops), ensuring high quality and on-time delivery
- Proactively identify issues & risks, driving mitigation strategies and affective resolutions
- Maintain Jira as a source of truth, keeping backlog, sprint tasks, and workflows comprehensive and up-to-date
- Report and provide production transparency for all internal stakeholders, including Product Owners and Executive Team members
- Review, define, improve, and implement processes, best practices, tools, and technologies for successful Product Development
- Provide continuous feedback, support, and empowerment to fellow members of the Wordscapes game team, setting clear goals, holding partners accountable for deliverables and recognizing strong performance
- Maintain market context via ongoing game, competitor, business models, mechanics & technologies research, sharing learnings with peers, team members and leadership
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Game Producer or related capacity (mobile experience preferred)
- Demonstrated experience leading a project from ‘beginning to end’ and/or 1+ years producing live ops team as a Lead Producer\
- Demonstrated experience working within highly collaborative, cross functional work environment
Desired Qualities
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and/or related work experience
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical requirements and create organized, detail oriented roadmaps
- Proactive self-starter, who values servant leadership and prioritizes providing accurate & timely updates to cross functional partners
- Strong understanding of and appreciation for mobile gaming products & ecosystem
