As a Part Time RN or LPN at Brookestone View, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the residents we serve. Your clinical expertise, compassion, and leadership help create an environment where residents feel safe, respected, and cared for.
This role goes beyond administering medications and monitoring health conditions. You'll build meaningful relationships, advocate for residents, support families, collaborate with an exceptional care team, and contribute to a culture centered on dignity, comfort, and individualized care.

What You'll Do
- Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support and mentor nursing assistants and medication aides
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Respond to resident needs with professionalism, compassion, and urgency
- Promote a culture of safety, quality outcomes, and exceptional customer service
- Participate in care planning and resident-centered initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
- Passion for teamwork and service excellence
