This people manager will lead and develop our team of HRIS professionals to drive enterprise-level HR technology adoption in support of our ongoing business needs across North America, Europe, and APAC.</p><p></p><p>Partnering closely with our HR functional teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, L&amp;D, Total Rewards) and IT, this role is responsible for long-term systems planning, the adoption of AI tools into the HR business process ecosystem, as well as collaboration with IT on enterprise level dashboard metrics aimed at improving data governance, and data driven business decisions.</p><p></p><ul><li><span>Lead the strategic roadmap, configuration, and administration of the Workday HCM platform to ensure scalable, secure, and innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.</span></li><li><span>Strategize ways to standardize and streamline HR processes across regions (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, ongoing employee life cycle management).</span></li><li><span>Coach and develop a team of HRIS Analysts, providing mentorship, performance management, and workload prioritization.</span></li><li><span>Direct enterprise-wide HR technology programs, including new system/module rollouts and digital enablement initiatives. Act as system administrator for all non-Workday HR solutions, supporting integrations and user account management processes.</span></li><li><span>Partner with senior HR leadership to translate strategic workforce objectives into actionable system solutions.</span></li><li><span>Oversee data governance and compliance for HR systems globally, ensuring adherence to regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and maintaining audit-readiness.</span></li><li><span>Build and deliver executive dashboards Workday, Power BI, and/or other solutions to enable insight-driven people decisions. Focus on automation of key monthly/quarterly metrics such as headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, etc.</span></li><li><span>Manage vendor partnerships, contract renewals, service delivery, and strategic evaluations of new HR tech investments.</span></li><li><span>Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration across the HR organizat
