And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, you'll keep learning exciting new approaches.<br/><br/></span></p><h2>About the role</h2> <p><span><br/>This is a strategic and challenging role supporting the deployment of technologically driven Supply processes in SAP ERP system whilst working with various local business units, ensuring compliance with globally defined processes.<br/><br/></span></p> <p><span>The role involves working alongside BPO Supply, Super Users, other functional SAP CC Solution Architects, BPOs and BPLs, Data Migration Team, OCM Team and System Integrator to support successful deployments.<br/><br/></span></p> <p><span>Working alongside BPO Supply, Business Process Analyst will support country project teams with functional expertise of processes in scope of transition by facilitating business change assessment workshops, testing and go-live, enabling a clear and error proof deployment.</span></p> <p> </p><h2>Your responsibilities</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Participate in structuring, presenting and facilitating business change assessment workshops in collaboration with other Central Team members and Controls teams to identify country variances to the global operating model,</span></li> <li><span>Support BPO Supply in review, challenging and escalating change for approval as required,</span></li> <li><span>Help to minimise the number of ‘local’ process exceptions,</span></li> <li><span>Contribute to Change Control Board meetings,</span></li> <li><span>Co-ordinate change management activities required by other global initiatives,</span></li> <li><span>Contribute process expertise to project teams regarding process in scope,</span></li> <li><span>Creates, updates and maintains relevant documentation based on changes to global templates (including SOPs, User Guides, training materials),</span></li> <li><span>With support of BPO Supply manage the definition, execution and approval of system testing (including scripts),</span></li> <li><span>Work with country teams to drive the implementation of pre-requisites and alignment to operating model,</span></li> <li><span>Learn internal and external best practices that will the enable improvement of the deployment methodology or the end-to-end process.<br/></span></li> </ul><h2>The experience we're looking for</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Experience of working in a complex, matrix organisation with a global scope,</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrable understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain processes,</span></li> <li><span>Experience of engaging and managing different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through clear communication and presentation skills,</span></li> <li><span>Experience of dealing with and managing conflict,</span></li> <li><span>Understanding of supporting multi-layered project/s with inter-dependencies,</span></li> <li><span>Project Management, 6 Sigma qualifications desirable but not essential,</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA desirable but not essential,</span></li> <li><span>FMCG experience desirable but not essential,</span></li> <li><span>Openness to travel (up to 20-30%).<br/><br/></span></li> </ul><h2>The skills for success</h2> <p><span><br/>SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA knowledge, End-to-End Supply Chain expertise, Change management, Project coordination, Stakeholder management, Strong communication and facilitation, Problem-solving, Documentation skills, Testing and data migration coordination, Adaptability in matrix organizations, Openness to travel</span></p><h2>What we offer</h2> <p><span><br/>With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Re
