Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and use Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures to ensure proper oversight for data collected, personnel, training, facilities, equipment, supplies, and services.
• Provides leadership and management to the quality assurance testing and analysis activities as outlined in the Quality Control Plan (QCP)
• Travel to various sites and ensures products/services meet quality and reliability requirements to maintain customer compliance. 
• Designs and contributes to the performance of highly advanced quality assurance tests and creates certificates of analysis. Oversees the documentation of the QCP and contribute to amendments as necessary.
• Identifies complex potential risks and compliance issues and provides innovative solutions. 
• Liaises with internal personnel, external vendors, contractors or suppliers and provides solutions to any quality issues regarding products or services.
• Develops and implements complex quality assurance strategies and regulations. 
• Manages the quality analysis process and provides leadership to supervisors to ensure the external and internal requirements are met before the products/services are delivered.
• Manages and mitigates issues with advanced solutions for minimal business impact. 
• Lead regular meetings to cultivate effective working relationships between cross-functional groups for the development of action plans to address quality issues. 

Qualifications:

• BA/BS or equivalent, 10+ years of experience
• Active Top Secret clearance required

The likely salary range for this position is $139,984 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
