The Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to support clients through the Medicaid In-Home Support Services (IHSS) program and assist with Veteran admissions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting brief in-home visits (approx. 1 hour each)
  
  
• Reviewing and updating client care plans
  
  
• Assessing caregiver performance and task proficiency
  
  
• Completing standardized documentation forms
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado RN license (required)
  
  
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience (any setting)
  
  
• Reliable transportation
  
  
• Strong communication and documentation skills
  
  
• Familiarity with IHSS or VA programs (preferred, not required)
