Position Summary:
The Professional Training Administrative Assistant, under the general direction of the Director of Clinical Training, is the primary go-to person for all areas of professional training in the Clinical PhD and PsyD Programs. This position works closely with two Associate Directors of Clinical Training, and interfaces directly with students, core and adjunct faculty, and clinical supervisors from several community agencies that provide practicum and internship training to CSPP students.
Starting Salary: $50,000

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Two (2) years of experience as an administrative assistant.
Certificates and Licenses: N/A
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- The ability to function efficiently in a busy environment.
- The ability to be personable and professional in working with agency supervisors and administrators, students, staff, and faculty.
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity and ability to communicate and interact effectively with people of diverse background.
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player.
