RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Material Handling: Operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count finished goods, raw materials, and other goods.
Loading & Unloading: Loading and unloading materials from trucks, Stacking and organizing items in correct storage bays and sections, following inventory control instructions.
Inventory Management: Conducting quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials, verifying quantities, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pre-Shift Inspections: Performing daily safety of the forklift and reporting any defects.
Minor Maintenance: Performing minor maintenance tasks as needed to keep the equipment in order.
Load Security: Ensuring that loads are properly secured and balanced on the forklift before transportation.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to all company safety guidelines, regulations, and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
DOCUMENTATION AND COMMUNICATION:
Record Keeping: Completing and maintaining accurate logs, records, and reports related to material movements, inventory levels, and damaged goods.
Reporting: Reporting any damaged materials, shortages, or mechanical issues to supervisors. Coordination:
Communicating with other warehouses and production to ensure a smooth workflow.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to operate a variety of warehouse equipment (sit down slipsheet forklift, stand up reach lift, ride on pallet jacks, iPads, scanners, etc.
Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) to manage business operations for supply chain management. (WMS).
Proficient in Yard Management Systems to optimize flow of raw materials and finished goods.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
