The role

You’ll be part of the Talent Acquisition team, sitting in the People division. We are responsible for sustaining the company’s expansion and headcount growth by servicing our hiring needs in Greece and across our international markets. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead an international team of Talent Acquisition Specialists (based in Athens, Lisbon and Bucharest) towards the company's hiring for Operations divisions. 

Responsibilities

Here’s a set of things you will be doing:

• Manage, coach and build a team of strong recruiters;
• Handle senior and hard-to-fill roles;
• Ensure operational excellence in your team for every step of the recruitment process (e.g. position intake, job descriptions, interview structure & process, interview scorecards, offer communication);
• Accountable for monitoring and managing KPI’s and SLA’s related to the function of responsibility, optimal resource allocation, & forecasting to meet business needs;
• End-to-end responsibility, continuous improvement approach and experience managing process optimisation projects;
• Ensure compliance of internal processes and systems update.

Requirements

You’re a self-starter and seek to take on responsibilities and new challenges. You’re a team player and know how to mingle with different kinds of people. You’re passionate about talent acquisition and understand the importance of solid processes and data. But apart from that, you have:

• Strong TA experience of at least 5 years in recruitment and a minimum of 1 year in people management - experience ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment;
• Experience in high volume hiring;
• As international expansion is our goal, English language skills should be at an advanced level. Also, Spanish or any other language will be a plus;
• Knowledge of Greenhouse will be considered an advantage;
• Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
