In this role, you will be accountable as the Business Product Owner for the Osprey TPM platform (XTEL and Reporting) across Nestlé in North America Zone.  You will drive the vision and execution of the Osprey solution with a short term and long term view.  You will partner with the Zone OpCo’s and Kantar to define an Osprey Roadmap and influence the Kantar XTEL Roadmap.  This role will plan the execution of the product roadmap and lead successful delivery of the product roadmap. To ensure Osprey TPM remains best in class, you should be a general expert in the TPM/TPO industry, understanding offerings of other solution vendors.  This role will interact with key external stakeholders, representing Nestlé in the Kantar Customer Advisory Board and must stay current with market trends in the TPM/TPO space.  They will understand the Nestlé solutions landscape by OpCo to better understand how Osprey can become more fully leveraged.  In this role, you will lead the new business integration on to the Osprey solution. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead Future Vision:

  • Ensure the Osprey tool (XTEL and Reporting) is Market Leading to enable TPX strategy
  • Develop, align, and execute Osprey Product Roadmap
  • Influence Kantar Product Roadmap to ensure competitive advantage
  • Consolidate business needs and enhancement requests to align solutions to deliver against the needs
  • Ensure reporting meets business needs
  • Understand complexity/customization of current solution with goal towards more standardized solution

Stakeholder Management:

  • Align key initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee the stakeholder management strategy, methods, and best practices to effectively engage across the enterprise as it relates to the Business Partner Network
  • Participate in Risk Assessment process and drive awareness and alignment with Business Partner Network
  • Escalate challenges and issues through governance for resolution
  • Accountable for definition and measures of applicable KPI’s

Change Management:

  • Transition Osprey Program focus to enhancing the solution for live OpCo’s (vs. new implementations)
  • Develop to be an industry leader in TPM, understanding other solutions and potential to leverage functionality within Nestlé
  • Understand Nestlé systems and solutions landscape and how Nestlé can be better leveraged to enhance business results
  • Ensure blueprint documentation, training/testing coordination and action planning for platform related activities, including current operations and upcoming implementations (business and/or functionality)
  • Accountable for driving visibility across new processes and tool functionality

New Business Integration

  • Lead integration of new businesses onto Osprey platform
  • Ability to scale up/down based on integration needs (resources, coaching, planning)

Coach and Develop:

  • Participate in mentoring of team members
  • Coordinating with Subject Matter Experts and Business Partner Network to define local change impacts and accountable for action plans  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Must be willing to travel 15-20%
  • Minimum 7 years of TPX experience, varying roles, process/IT/M&A initiatives
  • TPX implementation experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Change Management, preferably including: cross functional, complex leadership on large transformational programs  
  • Stakeholder management on large-scale transition projec
