About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing, proactive, and solution-oriented Sr. UX/UI Designer for a full-service marketing and advertising agency.

Duties,

• Collaborates and assists other UX/UI Designers with the expansion of our global Design Library;
• Builds and maintains brand-related design systems and design tokens;
• Collaborates with Director of Experience Design, UX/UI designers, UX Content Writers, Art Directors, Project managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes;
• Designs high-concept user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and best practices;
• Develops high-concept user interfaces and experiences through high- and low-fidelity wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps;
• Collaborate with team members to apply creative UI concepts and digital design principles based on web strategy and UX to create action-oriented, intuitive, and engaging websites and digital experiences that support the wider behaviour-change campaigns;
• Leads and mentors future junior UX/UI designers, pushing each team member to grow and expand their capabilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED + 5 years relevant experience;
• Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. HTML, CSS are a plus;
• Portfolio of professional UX/UI design work for both web and mobile platforms; including Design Systems;
• A detail-oriented eye for craft and pixel-perfect design;
• A robust digital concepting process;
• Ability to develop and apply interaction principles to digital experiences;
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload.
