Responsibilities:

• Be first point of contact with customers by answering phone calls, text messages, emails, and online chats
• Schedule service appointments and Service Recalls
• Provide knowledge and basic information to callers with general inquiries
• Be equipped to handle customer complaints with integrity
• Handle cash and oversee checkout process for customers

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively with customers and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
