Job Summary
Client Consultants are health professionals experienced at working with complex data, pinpointing issues, making recommendations, and delivering a high level of service.In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing program performance, claims data, market trends, & population segmentation. You will analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal & external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. You will collaborate with account management & Clinical Account Consultants to prioritize data analytic needs and develop both short & long-term plans that will help to impact the trend of health care costs.
Through this collaboration, you will be responsible for creating medical plan review presentations for HCSC employer group clients and for presenting those reviews to the client.
This role will be dedicated to those accounts with the Health Advocacy Solutions (HAS) product, so communicating the performance of the HAS product will be a crucial piece of the medical plan review.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
--Bachelors’ Degree and two (2) years’ experience in data analysis and information reporting relating in healthcare, consulting, or insurance industries
-Requires knowledge and experience in own function; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.
-Builds own knowledge of HCSC, business processes and customers.
