Publicis Groupe is the global agency partner for NIVEA, the world’s leading skin-care brand, for every market globally. For NIVEA we have built a bespoke agency called Publicis One Touch, a name that embodies the NIVEA brand purpose of ‘The Power of Touch’.  

Publicis One Touch is a new agency model designed to help transform NIVEA’s communication model from a TV centric approach to one rooted in the consumer journey leveraging the range of touchpoints and channels that are relevant to consumers today.   In order to do that we must bring together data, creativity and technology to help build a truly integrated approach to the Nivea brand. This model is designed to dramatically improve the effectiveness, efficiency, creativity and consistency of NIVEA marketing.  

To deliver the creative scope and the implementation we will have powerhouses across 9 hubs in New York, Sao Paulo, Cape Town, Dubai, Mumbai, Shanghai, Bangkok, Moscow and Hamburg. The Agency is led from Hamburg HQ, which our core communications clients have moved into, and use a network of Publicis One Touch teams to cover the NIVEA world.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects, ensuring their successful completion within scope, timeline, and budget. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective solutions for campaigns. Additionally, you will maintain clear task lists, track issues, provide status reports, and document meeting notes to keep projects on track. A clear understanding of budgets and financials is essential for this role.

Job Description

• Reliable and direct link between the client and the agency, managing day-to-day affairs
• Manage project scope, deliverables, timing, capacity planning and budget across multiple workstreams
• Solution oriented. Brings problems to the attention of management
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to build the best solutions for campaigns with oversight
• Finances: Owns the daily account work on the brand including budgets and bills. Familiarity with and adherence to agency financial and operating procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ experience in project management
• Familiar with state of the art project management principles, processes and software
• Good knowledge in the implementation of large projects including production
• High degree of customer orientation, communication skills and assertiveness, coupled with diplomatic skills and a confident appearance
• High level of initiative, goal orientation and ability to work in a team
• Excellent language skills in English
