About the role
Work Flexibility: Onsite
Schedule: Mon – Thurs, 5:00am – 3:3pm, OT Required
What You Will Do:
This role supports the assembly of small, hand-held ENT medical devices within a clean room environment, working across structured assembly lines and production benches to ensure quality and efficiency. You’ll join a tenured, self-sufficient team, focusing on mastering repetitive tasks while driving both quality output and productivity.
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and sub-assembly components using hand and power tools
- Follow detailed work instructions, test procedures, and quality documentation
- Meet production schedules, build rates, and cycle time expectations
- Perform basic setup, work preparation, cleanup, and quality checks on own work
- Package finished products and prepare for shipment to spec (domestic/international)
- Utilize tools such as pneumatic devices, presses, test equipment, and measuring tools
- Maintain clean room standards, including full PPE and contamination controls
- Support team-based production while also working independently when needed
What you need:
Preferred:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
Physical Requirements
- Clean room environment (PPE required: gown, gloves, hair/beard net, shoe covers)
- No makeup, nail polish, or visible piercings (must be covered)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
$20.25/hr plus bonus eligible and benefits.
