Position Overview

The Senior Post-Production Video Producer is a hands-on creative who brings ideas to life through editing, motion graphics, and innovative visual storytelling. This role blends the craft of a video editor with the vision of a producer, leading the look, feel, and execution of GZERO Media’s most distinctive digital content.

Responsibilities

Creative Editing & Storytelling – Take raw footage and transform it into sharp, engaging stories tailored for digital, broadcast, and social platforms.

Motion Graphics & Animation – Design and implement graphics, animation, and visual effects to elevate video-based storytelling (including signature work like Puppet Regime and Global Stage content).

Design Collaboration – Partner closely with the GZERO Design team to translate static concepts into motion, carrying the visual identity and look-and-feel of the brand into dynamic video formats.

Puppet Regime Creative – Serve as the primary video creative for Puppet Regime, working in close collaboration with the Creative Director (Alex Kliment) to shape the series’ style, voice, and continued audience growth.

Format & Concept Development – Help shape new series and video formats, experimenting with style, tone, and visual approaches that differentiate GZERO content (such as The Debrief featuring EG voices).

Cross-Platform Expertise – Own post-production for all non-GZERO World content, adapting video for multiple platforms with an eye toward audience engagement and growth.

Creative Collaboration – Work with producers, writers, and designers to execute projects from concept through final delivery.

Special Projects – Take ownership of high-visibility creative initiatives, such as custom animations and branded content campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in video editing, post-production, and motion graphics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative editing, animation, and original format development.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling social-first video and grow digital audiences.
• Skilled at balancing speed with creativity, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
