Sr Analyst, Quality Engineer (Test Data Coordinator)

This role will work a hybrid schedule coming into the Columbus, Ohio office 2 days per week on Wednesdays & Thursdays.

From crafting test data sets to safeguarding sensitive information, you’ll play a critical role in building the foundation for critical program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Test Data Preparation:
Generate and maintain test data sets for various testing phases, smoke, epic (integration & system), end to end, UAT).
Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple environments.
Data Management:
Ensure masking or anonymize sensitive data to comply with security and privacy standards.
Maintain documentation of data sources and usage.
Collaboration:
Work closely with QA engineers, developers, and business analysts to understand data requirements.
Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues during test execution.
Automation & Tools:
Learn and use test data management tools and scripts for data provisioning.
Support automation teams by providing structured data for automated test cases.
Compliance:
Follow organizational policies for data security and regulatory compliance (e.g., SoX, HIPAA).
Skills:
Intermediate understanding of databases (SQL preferred).
Familiarity with software testing concepts and SDLC.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
Preferred:
Exposure to test data management tools (e.g., Informatica TDM, Delphix) is a plus.
Knowledge of data masking and synthetic data generation techniques.
