PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Senior Buyer is responsible for procuring a diverse range of materials and equipment on a competitive basis to meet the requirements of projects and company operations. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring supply chain efficiency, mitigating procurement risks, and supporting Worley’s ambition to drive sustainable transformation. The Senior Buyer acts as a lead procurement professional, leveraging technical expertise to navigate complex purchasing projects, which may include both engineered and non-engineered items.
