Summary

 

The primary responsibility of this position is the Human Resources Business Partner to the Puerto Rico leadership team responsible for human resources initiatives as well as daily human resources activities in our Dorado, Puerto Rico facility. This position reports to the Head of Human Resources (US) and will be required to site in our Dorado, Puerto Rico site.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

• Implement short/long term HR initiatives to support the business’ strategic objectives, including talent and succession planning, employee performance review, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Support organizational and development activities at the site including the development of Individual Development Plans.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including advertising positions an
