Salary Range: $34,424 - $40,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications.This position is exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.

Essential Functions

The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

Coaching (40%)
• Train varsity softball team for intercollegiate competition at a nationally competitive level.
• Assist the head coach in developing and implementing game plans.
• Maintain and increase knowledge of women’s softball training and coaching techniques.
