The French Team at Wunderflats is growing and we are now looking for a talented Customer Operations Intern - French Speaking (f/m/d)  who will play a role in putting customer satisfaction first. Our French team will provide you with a supportive environment to thrive in your new role, with the help and collaboration of our larger Customer Operations team based in Berlin. 

This is a 6 month paid internship, based in our Berlin office.

YOUR WUNDER MISSION

• You will be a key point of contact for our customers and have the right answers to all questions about renting and living. (No need to worry, we will give you full training on this) 
• As part of the team, you will find solutions quickly and competently and thus contribute to increasing customer satisfaction.
• You will constantly acquire new knowledge in this internship in order to keep up to date with the developments in a dynamic market environment.
• Tenants and landlords can rely on you to support them in the booking process from start to finish
• You will support the team with operational, and administrative tasks including contracts

 

YOUR WUNDER PROFILE

• You have a customer centric perspective: some experience in customer service or a similar position, would be beneficial but not essential
• You are comfortable on the phone, speaking to new people and have a friendly demeanor 
• You go above and beyond and are confident structuring well written emails
• Teamwork is not just a means to an end for you, but enriches your daily work routine
• You are comfortable working with realistic goals, and you structure your day-to-day life to achieve them yourself even under time constraints
• You communicate confidently in French and English
