As a member of the Recruiting team at Tines, you'll play a pivotal role in influencing the pace of our growth, shaping our perception in the market and delivering a world class candidate experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support Tines' continued growth and will source, manage and hire talent across multiple teams and disciplines such as sales, marketing, customer success and G&A functions such as legal. 

You will play a pivotal role in both the Recruiting and People functions at Tines. In bringing the best talent to our company, you will have a direct hand in scaling Tines over the coming years. 

This role is a 6 month fixed term contract position

Location: Boston, MA (hybrid with monthly visits to our Boston office)

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 for 6 months

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Find qualified talent for our open roles via proactive sourcing, job posts and referrals.
  • Source, assess and interview candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms - such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean strings - to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from initial sourcing to final candidate selection and offer negotiation.
  • Assist and work alongside senior recruiters to support pipeline creation and sourcing activities to ensure quality and quantity of talent at the top of funnel.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, challenges and successes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes and competitor landscapes to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage Greenhouse ATS to track candidate progress through funnel, resurface existing talent and keep consistently clean data for reporting.
  • Ensure all candidates have an excellent interview experience at Tines - regardless of hiring outcome.

What you bring with you: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in either GTM ( sales) and / or G&A recruitment, either in-house or at a recruitment agency.
  • Proven track record of successful full-lifecycle recruiting. 
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with an ability to identify where top talent resides.
  • Autonomous approach with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions and disciplines.
  • Possess a level of urgency in all stages of the recruiting process. 
  • Proficiently convey a compelling value proposition and underscore the career benefits and advantages of being a part of Tines and its continued growth. 
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) (ideally Greenhouse) and other recruitment tools.
  • Comfort working in a team environment and collaboratively on recruitment initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and at times changing environment.
