<p><strong>Senior Functional SAP MM/WMS Consultant</strong></p> <p><strong>Position Overview:</strong> We are seeking a highly experienced <strong>Senior Functional SAP MM/WMS Consultant</strong> to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) modules, with a proven track record in full life-cycle SAP implementation projects, including transitions to SAP S4. Additionally, experience in SAP Ariba implementation is required.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul><li>Participate in a minimum of <strong>five (5) full life-cycle SAP implementation projects</strong>, serving as a consultant for the SAP MM/WMS modules, with at least <strong>one (1) project involving a transition to SAP S4</strong>.</li><li>Lead and support <strong>SAP MM/WMS solution analysis, design, configuration, and implementation</strong> in line with business requirements.</li><li>Perform <strong>unit and integrated testing</strong>, ensuring solution accuracy and stability.</li><li>Conduct <strong>cut-over planning, go-live support, and post-go-live stabilization</strong>.</li><li>Engage in <strong>stakeholder consultations</strong>, gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP functionalities.</li><li>Ensure SAP implementation methodology compliance (<strong>ASAP or Activate</strong>).</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and best practices.</li><li>Maintain thorough documentation of configuration, testing, and implementation processes.</li></ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <ul><li>Extensive experience in SAP MM/WMS implementations.</li><li>Proven track record in at least <strong>five (5) full life-cycle SAP projects</strong>, with each meeting the following criteria:<p></p><ul><li>Minimum <strong>100 person-days (MDs) of effort</strong> per project.</li><li>Full involvement in <strong>analysis, design, realization (configuration, functional and technical specifications), testing (unit/integration), cut-over, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization</strong>.</li></ul></li><li>Minimum <strong>two (2) SAP Ariba implementation projects</strong> completed in a productive environment.</li><li>Experience in projects where SAP MM/WMS solutions were successfully integrated and deployed in production environments.</li><li>Compliance with SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP or Activate).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.</li><li>Ability to work in a <strong>multicultural environment</strong> and collaborate with different stakeholders.</li><li>Fluent in <strong>Romanian language</strong> (C1 or C2 level). Non-native speakers must provide a recognized Romanian language certification (CEFR standard) covering speaking, writing, and comprehension.</li></ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <ul><li>Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA migration projects.</li><li>Understanding of SAP Ariba procurement solutions.</li><li>Strong documentation and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to mentor and provide knowledge transfer to junior consultants.</li></ul> <p><strong>Language Requirement:</strong></p> <ul><li>All members of the consulting team, including the Project Manager, must be fluent in <strong>Romanian</strong>.</li><li>Non-native Romanian speakers must present a <strong>recognized language proficiency certificate (C1 or C2)</strong> according to the <strong>Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)</strong>, covering speaking, writing, and comprehension.</li></ul>
