Job Description

We are looking for an intern to join our Bosch Digital team for a period of 6 months. You will work closely to coordinate and complete position's tasks as follow

Responsibilities

• Support the IT support specialist with incidents raised by local customers in Morocco.
• Support local customers who walk-in and make sure a ticket is logged.
• Deployment of accessories from stock.
• Installation and deployment of computers (new orders/replacements/repairs) based on instructions received from the IT support specialist and IT Fleet Management coordinator.
• Support with the onboarding/offboarding of employees (Raise requests with the customers).
• Insure documentation is properly signed when assigning/returning equipment.
• Participate in the monthly spot-check conducted by the IT support specialist and IT Fleet Management coordinator.
• Deployment of mobile phones based on instructions received from the mobility country responsible.
• Support on hands-on infrastructure related activities (example: replacement of access points/ switches/printers…).

Qualifications

• University Student
• Internship agreement provided by school
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
