Today, Claremont owns in excess of sixty real estate assets consisting of hotels, apartments, retail centers, and office buildings with plans to expand even further. 

Claremont is growing and we are looking to add a Laundry Attendant to our team to support our Marriott Residence Inn Boston Downtown/Seaport property in Boston, Massachusetts! 

Requirements

• Wash, dry, fold, and sort all hotel linen and towels.
• Load and unload washers and dryers according to load volume standards. 
• Supply Front Desk with linens and amenities for after-hour use, as directed.
• Take inventory and control movement of soiled, damaged, and fresh linen.
• Always provide the highest quality of service to guests.
• Maintain and operate all laundry equipment in accordance with established procedures. 
• Maintain ample supply of clean linen and towels.
• Clean dryer lint screens and drain traps twice daily and as needed.
• Inspect for and treat all stains with stain removal procedures. 
• Participate in monthly inventory counts.
• Report any equipment malfunction to maintenance immediately.  
• Excellent communication skills to work with guests, vendors, co-workers and management.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and walk for an extended period.
• The ability to move luggage, packages and/or furniture weighing up to forty pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
