Program Manager - German customers

<p>The Program Manager that we are searching for will work <b>for German customers.</b></p><p></p><p><b>Your role</b></p><ul><li>Be the Program life cycle owner from Quote to the end of Production by bringing strategy and holistic approach</li><li><span>Be responsible for achieving</span> flawless launches – full ownership to deliver end to end programs on time, with <span>high</span> quality</li><li>ownership over program duties, program management procedures and playbook <span>for:  planning/timing,</span> controlling, reporting  and escalation (internal &amp; customer), <span>organization/staffing,</span> process compliance, change&amp;risk management and KPIs</li><li>accountable of profitability achievement for their assigned programs, profit management</li><li>act like an owner in daily execution</li><li>Be responsible for complex product <span>for German customers</span></li><li>communication with German customers (understanding customer technology roadmap and building relationships - being a “Voice of the Customer”)</li></ul><ul><li>support new business development activities (initial Project Plan, risk assessment and change points activities for new quotes)</li><li>lead, manage, coach and develop the team of direct reports (Project Managers)</li><li>join HR activities</li><li>support relevant assessments and audits and also drives process adherence, especially ASPICE MAN3/5 Compliance, IATF/ISO 16949, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity <span>for German customers.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your background: </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor or Master degree in economical, business management or engineering filed</li><li>professional experience in an automotive company</li><li>Experience in electronics or software product development</li><li>Proven records of successful Customer front-end &amp; project experience</li><li>Project Management experience incl. Certifications (e.g. PMI, Prince2, Agile)</li><li>experience in building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, <span>as well as</span> coaching and mentoring skills</li><li><span>Very good</span> negotiations skills in order to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances. Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.</li><li>Advanced ability to manage finances of projects’ portfolio and manifesting accountability for the overall results</li><li>Ability to approach the challenges and making the decision with sense of urgency   </li><li>Fluent English, Fluent German (nice to have)</li><li>willing  to travel frequently</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why join us?</b></p><ul><li><b>You can grow at Aptiv</b>.
