The Clinical Lead Nurse is responsible for the day to day coordination of patient care within an assigned team of Registered Nurses; includes assessment of referrals, case management, maintenance of standards of practice, patient assignments, staff development, quality assessment and improvement and communication with all members of the interdisciplinary team, in accordance with the policies and standards of MLH, , Medicare and regulatory agencies and Methodist.Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values.

 

Education:

Bachelor's Degree: Nursing- RN (Required)

Work Experience:

General nursing or clinical practice

Certifications:

BASIC LIFE SUPPORT - American Heart Association, Registered Nurse Arkansas - Arkansas State Board of Nursing, Registered Nurse Mississippi - Mississippi Board of Nursing, Registered Nurse Tennessee - Tennessee Board of Nursing
