Negentrix is an educational holding headquartered in Berlin, founded in 2022. We address the shortage of qualified professionals in the DACH region through adult education, combining vocational training with integration and language courses. This allows us to train specialists in full alignment with labor market requirements and ensures a high employment rate for our graduates.

We're seeking a talented Senior Targeting Specialist to join our team! Your tasks will be: -Responsible for attracting leads, qualifying leads and sales, appeals or engaging the audience with targeted advertising tools; -Prepare tasks for creative and effective promotional materials; -Set up profitable targeted advertising; -Monitor performance within the framework of the received KPIs; -Optimize, build hypotheses; -Prepare clear and accurate reports on the work done and the results obtained.
Requirements
-Your experience in the EdTech field is 3+ years; -You look not only at advertising campaigns, but also at the funnel as a whole: from the first touch to the purchase; -You know the functionality of the meta, tiktok, TGads, reddit account + basic knowledge of working with GTM and Google analytics; -You have basic copywriting/design skills; -Your skills in other performance channels will be a big advantage (Google ads, YouTube, etc.).Benefits
