Are you a compassionate, driven professional who loves building relationships and making a positive impact in the community? We are looking for a dynamic Senior Hospice Liaison & Account Manager to join our team!

As a Senior Hospice Liaison & Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our community outreach efforts, networking with a variety of organizations, including hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, community centers, churches, and funeral homes. 

But that's not all—this role is also about leadership and coaching. You’ll be a mentor to new and seasoned team members, guiding them in their professional development and helping them thrive. You'll spend half your time in the field, actively coaching your team, and the other half managing your own accounts and building strategic relationships. ESSENTAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage onboarding for new Hospice Liaisons, deliver sales training, and provide in-field coaching to develop a high-performing team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources through engaging presentations and community outreach, promoting the benefits of hospice care.
  • Oversee key accounts and cultivate strategic relationships to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to support seamless patient care delivery and meet with patients and families to explain hospice benefits when needed.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare insightful reports to align efforts with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, Medicare guidelines, and ethical standards.


COMPENSATION: 

This role provides a competitive base salary alongside commission-based incentives. This role provides a competitive base salary alongside commission-based incentives. Earning potential of $100,000+. There's no limit to your earning potential with uncapped commission sales opportunities in this role!


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A proven track record in medical services/supplies sales or comparable experience (3+ years preferred) and demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and digital literacy skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to new systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the hospice’s service area and work in various environments, including patient homes and community partner facilities.
  • A valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
