We are now looking for a Super User SAP with a service minded attitude and strong analytical skill who can contribute to the development and strengthening of our team!

 

Role Summary

 

As an SAP Super User in General Accounting, you will be a key member of our finance department, playing a central role in ensuring our SAP processes function efficiently and accurately. You will be an expert in SAP financial modules, providing user support and helping optimize workflows as well as train new users. We are currently in an exciting shift of ERP system. This will impact how we work going forward, as well as how our system landscape will look, enabling this role to develop over time.  There will be a good opportunity to grow with us as we transition into SAP S/4 Hana!

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Provide support and training for SAP General Accounting users.
• Conduct detailed system testing and provide feedback to ensure system efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and optimized SAP configuration for financial processes.
• Troubleshoot, analyse and resolve user and system issues.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to drive continues improvements in SAP.
• Participate in financial closing procedures, and develop, analyse, and present financial reports and KPIs to support accurate decision-making.
• Lead and participate in projects to improve and automate financial processes.

 

Who You Are

To succeed in the role as Super User at IOAS, we believe that you have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in professional accounting/finance roles.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP financial modules, ideally including exposure to SAP S/4 Hana.
• Proficiency in accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Strong communication skills to enable training and support for end-users.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills: familiarity with data transformation tools (e.g. Power Query) is advantageous.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
