WHAT YOU'LL DO

The People Programs Associate will play a critical role in supporting the success of the People Team by leveraging superior organizational and communication skills to develop project plans, managing team tools, and facilitating effective collaboration across teams and regions. This position will report to the Senior Manager, People Program Management (PMO) and support the entire People Programs and Strategies team.

  • Assist Project Managers to gather and organize information regarding scope, timeline, tasks, and dependencies and use project management tools to publish detailed project plans for stakeholders
  • Coordinate and collaborate with People team members across all Braze global locations to manage administrative tasks in the planning, execution, and communication of multiple projects at a time
  • Provide in-person, virtual, and written project updates with key internal project team members, business stakeholders, and leadership 
  • Create and maintain program and policy documentation and knowledge management across all team systems, processes, and platforms and champion best practice
  • Regularly review department processes with an eye for continuous improvement and suggest and implement automation and process optimization
  • Run and own the administration of core People PMO processes including department and division All Hands, weekly written company updates (weekly synthesis), and department professional development trainings (Spark sessions), developing training materials and stakeholder communications as needed.
  • Organize and schedule team meetings, create agendas, support preparation of meeting materials, and ensure planning and follow-up communications are clear, concise, and timely.
  • Coordinate collection of feedback from the stakeholders about project and program rollout
  • Day-to-day management of team tools including Google Suite, Asana, Confluence, etc.
  • Support People Programs & Strategy special projects including the Braze Internship Program, policy research, and Learning & Development initiatives

  • A professional with 1-2 years experience in project or program management

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $58,000 and $65,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $65,000 and $75,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
