Prolastin Infusion Nurse, Per Diem - Accredo - Ann Arbor, MI

Prolastin Home Infusion Nurse:

What you must have:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of residence

• Prefer experience administering Prolastin IV infusions

• Ability to flex your schedule to meet the needs of the Prolastin patients.

• Strong IV insertion skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Willingness to travel within an assigned geographic area

Accredo, Evernorth Health Services' specialty pharmacy, serves patients with complex and chronic health conditions, including cancer, hepatitis C, HIV, bleeding disorders, and multiple sclerosis.
