(Senior) Investor Relations Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Investor Relations Manager (m/f/d) to become part of the Investor Relations (IR) team of stock-listed KWS SAAT & Co. KGaA (SDAX), one of the world’s leading plant breeding companies. This is a full-time, permanent position in our Berlin office.

 

Your contribution:

• Being the point of contact for investors, banks, rating agencies, finance media and acting as a KWS spokesperson and ambassador for the capital market
• Communicating the company’s strategy and operating performance   
• Enhancing shareholder value and the company image through an adequate investor communications program (investor/analyst meetings, financial reports, press releases, announcements)
• Preparing and managing IR events incl. Annual General Meeting, roadshows, investor conferences
• Taking key responsibility for increasingly important sustainability (ESG) investor communication & interaction with ESG rating agencies
• Fulfilling regulatory requirements for public companies, such as financial reporting, regulatory announcements etc.
• Advising Executive Board members and other stakeholders on capital market strategy and issues
• Updating the IR website and presentations
• Supporting capital market transactions
• Communicating market intelligence including trading data, sector news and competitor analysis into the company

 

Your qualifications:

• Preferably an academic degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in Investor Relations of a listed company
• Fluent in German & English language
• Comprehensive knowledge of capital market regulation & ESG rating landscape
• Ability to precisely analyze and clearly describe and present complex matters
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with Senior Management
• Experience in financial modelling as well as general accounting and IFRS knowledge
