Job Description
The Associate Director of Curricular Enrichment serves as a senior member of the McNulty Leadership Program’s Curriculum Enrichment & Extensions team, providing academic and operational leadership for Wharton’s foundational leadership curriculum. This position is responsible for the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of MGMT 6100: Foundations of Teamwork and Leadership for both the full-time MBA and WEMBA programs and contributes to curricular innovation and integration within the undergraduate leadership curriculum.
The Associate Director leads the two major annual deliveries of MGMT 6100—serving approximately 300 WEMBA students each spring and 900 full-time MBA students each August—providing faculty partnership, simulation design coordination, academic assessment, and cross-unit planning. During the fall semester, the Associate Director advances undergraduate curricular enrichment by cultivating and stewarding client-project partnerships for WH1010 and MGMT 4020, supporting faculty in the WH1010 Innovation Tournament, and integrating insights from MBA/WEMBA leadership programming to inform undergraduate curriculum design.
