IT Project Manager

Fortuna is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager - CRM Modernization to lead the full lifecycle of LADWP's CRM modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, cross-functional coordination, and milestone delivery. This contract position supports a hybrid work arrangement and is part of a Request for Proposal (RFP) process with a future anticipated start date based on award.

WORKSITE: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid - Onsite + Remote)

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, standard business hours

COMPENSATION: $65.00 -$75.00

ANTICIPATED START DATE: Pending RFP award - estimated future start date

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Create and execute detailed CRM migration project plans

• Conduct sprint planning sessions and track progress against key deliverables

• Identify and manage project risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications

• Interface with LADWP's Information Technology Services (ITS) and Customer Service Operations (CSO) teams

• Prioritize deliverables using scorecard-based criteria

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in IT project management

• Proven track record with CRM modernization or migration projects

• Experience managing projects in the utility or public sector space

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification
