The Opportunity
Primary responsibility of this role is to support the Ally Insurance organization with sales realignment as well as improve data integrity in salesforce. Core job functions include collaborating with various business partners/sales to check and monitor data. Employee will analyze the efficiency current dealer data this including accounts, dealer enrollment, approvals processes, develop easy to use monitoring tools to support our matrix partners.
The ideal candidate must have strong analytical experience and must be able to lead projects from start to finish. The candidate must exhibit strong leadership behaviors, have excellent data accuracy techniques, must be an innovative and strategic thinker and creative problem solver. Ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering accurate results.
Candidate must reside in the Greater Metro Detroit or surrounding area – flexibility available to work from home 2-3 days/week with reporting to Detroit office the remaining weekdays.
The Work Itself
- Service the sales organization to support business objectives
- Participates in Insurance and Auto Insurance projects as a SME to:
- Works with applicable teams to maintain and implement the sales hierarchy
- Identify process or functional opportunities to maximize integrity of data
- Identify ownership and ensure monitoring and analysis of data (who, how often, what are we looking for
- Build action plans to resolve data integrity findings (SFDC enhancements, process improvement, clean-up, etc.)
- Reviews existing process, data and systems to proactively identify key areas for monitors, checks and analysis
- Investigates and provides options for resolution for any team who identifies or reports a potential data integrity concern or trend
