Job Description

Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. is seeking a Head of Global Pricing and Access Platforms & Service Line in Cambridge, MA with the following requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field plus 8 years of related experience. Prior experience must include: Demonstrate an understanding of the Global Pricing and Market Access domain in current technology topics such as Cloud products and platforms, Automation, and API integration and apply knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies to design and maintain Pricing and Market Access solutions for the organization; Lead teams with a strategic mindset, create and communicate a clear vision and NorthStar; Influence peers and leaders on overall strategy, creating, and leading a technology roadmap, foster & maintain a productive team, and optimize design based on user and business value; Drive affordable and usable solutions that deliver business value, making autonomous decisions that serve the needs of the business; Influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure delivery and maintenance of Global Pricing and Market Access solutions; Communicate clearly and foster alignment across all levels of the organization; Build strong cross-functional relationships, influence the adoption and utilization of Global Pricing/Market Access solutions across Business Units, and serve as a trusted advisor to the business. Up to 10% domestic and international travel required. Up to 20% remote work allowed.

Full time. $158,100.00 - $255,600.00 /year.
