SUMMARY
The Maintenance Coordinator’s primary role is to manage the recordkeeping processes necessary to meet internal and external policies and procedures relating to the Stockroom.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Maintain records and filing as required
- Manage the quality system standards and calibrations for instrumentation in the plant
- Source, requisition and expedite materials, tools, and equipment for the maintenance department.
- Modify PO’s ensuring proper vendor payment
- Provide follow up on requisition approvals to ensure proper quantities are stocked
- Manage Min/Max stock room quantities
- Stock Shelves with incoming spare parts/material
- Manage Critical Spare Parts list and add/remove parts as needed
- Perform Cycle Counts in accordance with company policy
- Follow up on orders and update appropriate parties
- Update Inventory Management System relating to stock quantities
- Communicate effectively with Vendors
- Performs additional duties as requested, needed, or assigned.
ABILITY TO
- Read, write, and speak and understand in English, to interpret documents such as specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, reports, business correspondence, regulatory and procedure manuals.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers, Supervisors and Managements.
- Work independently with little or no supervision, be self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player.
- Physically able to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment – manual dexterity, visual acuity, and speed.
- Ability to follow specific written work instructions and record data and information.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to a changing environment
- Exceptional work performance and attendance record.
