About this role:
As a Family Medicine Physician (.98 FTE), you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. You will collaborate with 13 urgent care and family medicine advanced practice providers to support the local communities. As the Community Clinics Medical Director (.02 FTE), you will provide medical direction and leadership for the Clinics' medical staff.
- This position includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance.
- Your practice locations will include: North Temple Urgent Care, Rose Park Clinic and Liberty Clinic, all located in the Salt Lake Valley.
- Hours will depend upon which clinic you are working in - Family Medicine – 7:30AM – 5:00PM OR Urgent Care – 10AM – 8PM

What you’ll bring:
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency training in Family Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
- Spanish speaking is strongly preferred
- Experience with underserved populations and urgent care are desirable
- Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
