Role Summary 

We are looking for a dynamic team player to help U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) within the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) further automate and implement process efficiencies. In support of this project, MPC is seeking a consultant with 3-5 years of experience to provide business analysis, process improvement, supporting project management activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to the successful delivery of business solutions.  

What You Will Be Doing  

• Performing typical business analytic functions including, but not limited to, requirements gathering and synthesis, workflow and business process analysis, change management, and program management support  
• Being able to provide agile methodologies in a non-technical background utilizing JIRA and Confluence.
• Creating communications and presentations, facilitating meetings, tracking decisions/issues/risks, and supporting the team and senior leadership in a fast-paced environment  
• Translating strategy into specific business initiatives and recommendations  
• Understanding the client personalities, environment, and overall project scope in relation to overall mission and organization goals  
• Supporting and directly developing project deliverables with a high degree of quality and accuracy  
• Organizing and using knowledge management tools effectively to support team and client needs  
• Managing both client and company relationships and responsibilities such as training and compliance activities 

What We Need From You (Required)  

• At least 3-5 years of work experience with at least 3 years of work experience in management consulting and/or technology transformation efforts  
• At least 1 year of work experience in government-related roles (e.g., in Federal policies and procedures, government contracting and etc.)  
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized  
• High level of communication – both verbally and written – skills  
• Technical Writing (SOPs, SOWs & Government Charters) 
• Required software experience: Jira and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  

Bonus Points (Desired) 

• Experience in developing and using performance metrics to measure, evaluate, and enhance program and client success through program evaluation and performance management techniques  
• Software experience: Power BI or Tableau, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Adobe 
• Experience working within ICE
