About the role
CSA is seeking a Senior Acquisition Specialist to provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments for our client in San Diego.
Applicants may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active United States Department of Defense security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
As a federal contractor, CSA is subject to any federal vaccine mandates or other customer vaccination requirements. All new hires are required to report their vaccination status.

Responsibilities
- Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
- Provides domain and expert technical knowledge.
- Directs and controls activities related to the Logistics Integrated Information Systems – Marine Corps (LI2S-MC) for customer, having responsibility for risk management, contract development (including development of program work statements (PWS)), and maintaining LI2S-MC DITPR-DON submissions.
- Interactions involve customer negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
- Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
- May supervise other company team members.
Qualifications
- Experience: Eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in DoD Acquisition Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Certifications: PMP or DAWIA PM Level III or Equivalent
- Clearance: Secret
