Data Products and Insights Marketing - Senior Advisor

What does a successful Data Products and Insights Marketing Senior Advisor do at Fiserv?

As a Data Products and Insights Marketing Senior Advisor, you will be a storyteller and strategist who brings our Data Commerce Solutions team’s vision to life. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to shape a suite of data products that empower our clients across the payments ecosystem. You will craft compelling narratives, drive adoption, and generate meaningful pipeline by translating complex analytics into customer-centric benefits.

What you will do:

  • Define and champion a portfolio of data products and insight services, owning the full marketing lifecycle from market research and positioning to launch and ongoing demand generation.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear value propositions and messaging that resonate with customers—showing how our insights reduce risk, lift revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute integrated Go To Market plans, including digital campaigns, events, partnerships, and content, to accelerate awareness, adoption, and upsell of our data offerings.
  • Create high-impact campaigns—case studies, white papers, webinars, and demo-driven collateral—that showcase how our insights power smarter business decisions.
  • Continuously monitor the fintech and payments landscape, identify whitespace opportunities, and build dynamic battlecards and playbooks that empower sales teams to articulate our differentiation.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to develop consultative selling tools, demo scripts, ROI calculators, and enablement materials that position us as trusted advisors.
  • Track and optimize key performance metrics—lead generation, pipeline velocity, and win rates—and iterate quickly based on data driven insights using marketing automation and account based marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Data Science, UX, and Engineering to align on roadmaps, incorporate customer feedback, and refine product enhancements.

What you will need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing or insights marketing roles in fintech, payments, SaaS, or other datacentric organizations, with a proven track record of driving marquee product launches and scaling revenue.
  • Hands on experience partnering with analytics and data science teams to translate features into real world impact for clients.
  • Demonstrated history of building multichannel marketing campaigns, account based marketing programs, and sales enablement assets that deliver measurable pipeline and bookings.
  • Prior experience leading marketing teams and collaborating with Product, Sales, and Engineering stakeholders to drive results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

  • MBA or MS in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in payments intelligence, financial services, or working with large payment processing ecosystems.
  • Hands on familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Tableau).
  • Prior experience managing marketing budgets.
  • Proven success engaging external audiences through conferences, byline articles, and analyst relations to position your organization as a thought leader.
