Delivery Manager (Datacenter Field Services)

Why this role exists

Reboot Monkey is a global datacenter services company. When a client calls with a rack decommissioning, hardware refresh, or emergency remote hands request, we send the right engineer to the right site anywhere in the world within hours. We do not own the datacenters. We orchestrate.

We are looking for a Delivery Manager who owns the full cycle: you take the client call, you source the datacenter engineer, and you deliver the job to 100 percent complete. This role combines what most companies split into three seats (sales, project management, staffing). It is designed for entrepreneurial datacenter operators who want commission on what they deliver.

Location

Remote. We are specifically hiring in Tunisia, Philippines, South America (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Paraguay), or Eastern Europe (Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Georgia, Moldova, Baltics). Applications from other regions will not be prioritized.

What you will own

• The client relationship for accounts in your region. You take the sales call, scope the work, and are the single point of contact from first call to signed deliverable.

• Sourcing the datacenter engineer for each job. You find, screen, and dispatch the L1-L4 field technicians who deliver the work.

• Project management for hardware refresh, decommissioning, structured cabling, remote hands, and rack and stack engagements.

• Quoting, scoping, and timeline commitments. Michel supports you on strategic accounts.

• Full accountability for making the job successful: client satisfaction, delivery quality, and gross margin on your accounts.

Compensation

• Base: EUR 800 gross per month

• Commission: 2.5 percent of the invoiced value of every successful client engagement in your region, uncapped

• Successful means: delivered on time, client accepted, invoice paid.

Reporting

• Weekly async standup, monthly strategy call.

• Internal support: recruitment team backs you up on high-volume engineer sourcing, finance handles invoicing.

Requirements

What you need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years hands-on datacenter operations experience. You have racked servers, run structured cabling, used IPMI and iDRAC, worked with PDUs, handled break-fix, or managed on-site incidents at scale. Not just Jira tickets.

• Minimum 3 years project management for hardware or infrastructure engagements. Jira, ServiceNow, Zammad, or similar.

• Direct experience recruiting or hiring field technicians. You have interviewed at least 10 engineers and made hire decisions.

• Client-facing background. You have run scoping calls, quoted small deals, delivered quarterly business reviews.

• LinkedIn profile with clear career history.

• Comfortable working under a base plus commission structure.

• Available for B2B contract, full time.
