While each role focuses on different domains they all involve using data to solve meaningful problems, improve decision-making, and scale Adyen’s impact.</p> <p>Below is an overview of the teams currently hiring:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Group Finance : </strong>The Finance team works on improving and automating finance processes using data, AI, and smart tools. They build reliable systems and reports that help finance and tech teams make better decisions, faster. For this role, strong technical skills in data transformation and automation are key financial knowledge is a nice bonus.</li> <li><strong>In-Person Payments: </strong>This team works with data from physical payment terminals to improve in-store experiences, optimize operations, and support product and commercial growth. They collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.</li> <li><strong>AI &amp; Strategic Data: </strong>This team builds intelligent, cross-functional data tools that make insights easily accessible across Adyen. As the business grows, they ensure teams can make fast, informed decisions using AI-powered solutions and scalable data infrastructure. Projects in this team will also include scalable department flash reporting and supporting global data initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Compliance: </strong>The mission of compliance data is building a great and compliant customer experience. To achieve this, we focus on building smart and scalable data solutions that are being leveraged to change the way we operate and drive better decisions. Our motto is “turning complexity into opportunity, powering sustainable growth” </li> <li><strong>Regulatory Reporting:</strong> This team is responsible for building and managing reports related to Adyen’s payments and financial flows, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements. They work closely with internal teams like Engineering, Product, Risk, and Compliance, as well as external regulatory bodies. The work involves navigating complex requirements and making smart, scalable decisions that balance technical feasibility with legal accuracy.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborative Solution Development: You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams and other data analysts and engineers to ideate, build, and evaluate data solutions to meet business needs. Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, provide data insights, address inquiries, and drive strategy. Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.</li> <li>Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data to identify trends, uncover challenges, and reveal opportunities for improvement. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize customer performance, increase efficiency, and enhance product offerings. </li> <li>Strategic Leadership: Leverage data insights to proactively shape and drive product strategy. Influence and support product development by providing data-driven guidance to inform decision-making. Initiate and drive new projects to help Adyen achieve significant growth.</li> <li>Tool Development: Design and build impactful tooling that structurally adds value to our product teams and develop scalable solutions that enhance data accessibility and usability for stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <ul> <li>You bring 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role, with a strong blend of technical and strategic skills.</li> <li>Capable of clearly translating complex data insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>You thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritize effectively, and maximize impact through strategic foresight.</li> <li>You enjoy managing diverse stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and drive collaboration across business areas.</li> <li>You bring a curious, experimental approach, eager to iterate and improve.</li> <li>You excel at breaking down complex tasks, setting timelines, and tracking progress to align with strategic goals.</li> <li>Comfortable working with a diverse, multicultural team, you are culturally aware, collaborative, and open to
