Automotive Customer Experience Field Consultant

As an Automotive Customer Experience Field Consultant, you will support our Automotive partner in a strategic program to move the experience of its customers a step further.  

  

What will you do on a daily basis? 

• Be accountable for Ownership Experience performance metrics, ensuring KPIs are achieved or exceeded 

• Interface with different stakeholders from different disciplines, from diverse backgrounds and levels, while executing high-quality strategies 

• Facilitate workshops and lead meetings with Leadership and Frontline employees to ensure transparency between department 

• Strong partnership with NSC teams to prioritize CX improvement opportunities 

• Support the dealers to be ready to assist Electric Vehicles customers and implement processes to ease the ownership of the customers 

  

Who are you? 

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with great coaching and leadership skills. Our ideal Automotive Customer Experience Field Consultant has: 

 

• At least 3 years of experience in driving operational business influencing customer experience and CX performance improvements in the automotive industry, or Coaching or consulting/training background in dealer CX programs, sales/service operations and ownership experiences (automotive experience is preferable) 

• Full Italian proficiency and fluent level of English 

• Computer literacy, especially MS Office 

• Experience of managing people and teams 

• Experience in organisational change management  

• Highly analytical and data driven 

• Proactive, assertive and “can-do” attitude 

 

Your working pattern 

• Field throughout Center or North of Italy 

• Monday - Friday 

• 40 hours per week
