Principal Associate Process Manager, Cyber

As a Principal Associate Process Manager supporting Cyber, you will help manage and support key operational processes. This is a critical position supporting senior leadership, enabling leaders to execute strategic work while ensuring operational rigor. The Process Manager for Cyber business operations will support the Cyber Chief of Staff team on various items and deliverables.
General Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the CoS team, our key partner teams (ESM, Finance, Recruiting, HR, etc.) and others across Cyber to develop mechanisms that drive continuous improvement efforts and efficiencies.
Non-Associate Labor (NAL) management: budget verification, obtain approvals, update Beeline, and manage related communication with CoS.
Manage the Cyber Team Inventory Registry (TIR) application data for completeness and accuracy.
Manage incremental funding request process: collect justification, obtain approvals, communicate with relevant stakeholders.
Headcount data hygiene in TIR (e.g., updated TIR cards, NAL departure, team name, team size, and other TIR data points that touch)
Be a force-multiplier driving the effectiveness of the Chief of Staff team.
Deliver ad hoc reporting, data and event requests to support the needs of the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience in Process or Risk Management
At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or client consulting
At least 1 year of experience working with Product or Technology teams
At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
At least 1 year of experience in G Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years of experience in Process Management
3+ years of experience in Project Management
Process Management training or certifications (Lean or Six Sigma)

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $108,900 - $124,300 for Principal Process Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
