Office Manager – BMW Dealership (New Jersey)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Full-Time Office Manager to join our BMW dealership team in New Jersey. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and brings strong dealership accounting and administrative expertise.

Annual Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 based on experience and negotiable.

Dealership Location: Ridgewood, NJ area

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily accounting office operations within the dealership
• Manage and support off site office staff, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain financial records, schedules, and compliance with dealership policies
• Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and manufacturer schedules
• Process deals, verify paperwork, and ensure proper posting in CDK
• Work closely with the General Manager and department heads on financial reporting
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and manufacturer requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous automotive dealership office experience is required
• CDK experience is required
• Strong understanding of dealership accounting practices
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a deadline-driven environment
• Professional, dependable, and results-oriented
