Responsibilities

• Install, and repair water, gas and other plumbing systems in commercial environments
• Inspect structures and plumbing systems, locating and marking positions of pipes, connections and passages within walls and floors
• Troubleshoot and test installed pipe systems and pipelines
• Assemble, install, maintain or repair plumbing fixtures utilizing correct procedures and/or hardware
• Utilize blueprints or technical diagrams following state or local building codes
• Promote, maintain and adhere to OSHA regulations

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in commercial plumbing 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to climb ladders, work overhead, manipulate and maneuver tools
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and pulling required
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends if necessary
• High school Diploma or GED equivalent
