<h3>Company Description</h3><p>Devoteam is a leading consulting firm focused on digital strategy, tech platforms and cybersecurity.<br/> <br/> By combining creativity, tech and data insights, we empower our customers to transform their business and unlock the future.<br/> <br/> With 25 years’ experience and 10.000 employees across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Devoteam promotes responsible tech for people and works to create better change.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Project Manager – Connectivity Infrastructure Migrations</p><ul><li>Establish and maintain project plan (MS Project) and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities</li><li>Monitor and control execution of project through Analyze, Design, Build, Test and Release</li><li>Establish project governance, managing risks and issues</li><li>Direct outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources</li><li>Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying the solutions and services</li><li>Ensure appropriate use of project management methods and tools</li><li>Provide project reporting including overall performance of the project and project completion documentation</li><li>Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope</li><li>Organize and lead project meetings and coordinate the teamwork (directly as well as through JIRA).</li><li>Lead and coordinate work during the site/infrastructure migration sessions performed by internals as well as external resources and third parties.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p> </p><ul><li>Knowledge &amp; skills: 6+ years business and IT experience; deep knowledge of project management, IT Standards &amp; financial management; good knowledge of business process analysis &amp; design, IT Architecture, technical standards and GxP requirements; proven leadership &amp; organizational change management skills; good negotiation and supplier management skills; ability to navigate in a complex organization; dealing with ambiguity</li></ul>
